research WORK
Good mental health care is both practiced and studied. My approach combines hands-on experience, ongoing learning, the natural rhymths of the world, and research that helps us ask better questions and offer more meaningful support. I’ve contributed to studies with CUNY and Mount Sinai, and co-authored Postpartum Support International’s section on queer perinatal family-building and support needs. Research matters because it helps us offer care that’s more effective, equitable, and genuinely affirming.
