Individual Therapy
Our work in individual therapy is a dedicated space to face what feels important, confusing, or stuck. It is not about quick fixes; it is about looking at patterns, relationships, and histories with honesty and care. We will make sense of what you are navigating, from trauma and anxiety to life transitions and identity shifts, at a pace that feels doable.
Who it is for: Adults across the lifespan, with particular focus on people in midlife and later stages who are confronting long-held patterns and seeking more authentic ways of living. This can include moving through childhood trauma, career shifts, creative blocks, identity questions, illness, and relationship changes.
How we will work: I integrate trauma-informed, evidence-based methods like narrative therapy, somatic therapy, CBT, expressive therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with room for nuance, complexity, and humor when it helps. This work is about building awareness and choice, helping you see your experience more clearly so you can decide how you want to move forward in a way that feels more authentic and connected.
