Therapy for Individuals, Families, and Couples
However you arrive, on your own, with a partner, or with family, the work begins the same way, by slowing down enough to notice the patterns you're living inside, where they came from, and what they make possible or impossible. Much of this work is about attachment trauma, the patterns set down in our earliest and closest relationships, and how they keep shaping the ones we are in now. Sessions are virtual, for people across New York and New Jersey.
For blended families, immigrant families, queer families, and adult children, siblings, and parents finding their way back to one another. We work with the family system itself, so old cycles can loosen and new ways of relating can take root.
For partners caught in the same fight, or carrying trauma, loss, or a major transition between them. We make sure each of you can be heard more clearly, and begin stepping out of the pattern together.
A dedicated space to look at your patterns, relationships, and history with honesty and care. For adults navigating trauma, anxiety, identity shifts, and the long-held patterns that surface in midlife and beyond.
Small, facilitated spaces for connection around shared experience, offered at low or no cost.
