The Complicated Feelings of Grief; Making Space for the Emotions People Rarely Talk About

Grief is often portrayed as sadness, but many bereaved people experience anger, relief, resentment, guilt, regret, numbness, and even moments of laughter or joy. These reactions can feel confusing or shameful when they don’t match what grief “should” look like. This workshop offers space to explore these emotions, understand why they arise, and reduce the isolation of feeling we’re grieving the “wrong” way.
