WORKSHOPS & TRAINING
Workshops and trainings offer a practical, reflective space for clinicians and helpers to explore meaning-centered and trauma-informed care. Each session weaves together somatic awareness, creativity, and dialogue to help professionals connect more deeply with their clients and with their own sense of purpose in the work. Participants learn tools for working with trauma, nervous system regulation, perinatal and reproductive mental health, and queer and trans family systems, all through a lens that values authenticity, imagination, and the search for meaning in healing.
COMING UP
Virtual! March 24 from 7-8PM
Participants will explore the intersection of digital memory and grief, considering resources like social media archives, saved messages, and AI tools and how they can influence mourning, connection, and closure. The session integrates psychological insight, ethical reflection, and experiential engagement. Participants will examine how technology mediates presence and absence, comfort and confusion, and how meaning-making can emerge even when closure remains uncertain.
